These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and bet100 ("bet100," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the bet100 online casino platform available at https://bet100.asia and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform").

The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. bet100 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated winnings or bonuses.
3.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
3.5 KYC Verification. bet100 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification and any other documentation reasonably requested by bet100 to complete KYC verification. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by bet100 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
Important: bet100 is committed to preventing underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be permanently closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposits will be returned to the original payment method after deducting any amounts already wagered.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bet100 account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
4.2 You agree to notify bet100 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. bet100 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
4.3 All activity conducted through your Account — including all bets placed and all transactions made — will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified bet100 of a security breach prior to such activity occurring.
4.4 bet100 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your account. This feature is available in your Account Settings and provides an additional layer of security against unauthorised access.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bet100 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer to Philippine bank accounts (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank), and debit card. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Specific minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed on the Cashier page within your Account.
5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your bet100 Account within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the sending bank's processing times.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed after KYC verification is complete. Verified withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within twenty-four (24) hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take two (2) to five (5) business days. bet100 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
5.4 Withdrawal to Original Method. bet100 applies a return-to-source policy where practicable — withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure.
5.5 Prohibited Funding Sources. You may not fund your bet100 Account using credit cards or any form of cryptocurrency. These payment methods are not accepted on the Platform in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
5.6 Currency. All transactions on the bet100 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). bet100 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
6.1 bet100 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
6.2 Bonus Credits are credited separately from real-money Balance. Unless otherwise stated in the promotion's specific terms, Bonus Credits must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from Bonus Credits may be withdrawn.
6.3 bet100 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for personal recreational use only. Any Player found to be abusing promotions — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any other form of bonus abuse — will have their bonuses voided and their account reviewed for potential closure.
6.4 bet100 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a Player qualifies for any particular promotion. Employees of bet100 and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in any promotion.
7.1 Each game available on the bet100 Platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
7.2 All game outcomes on bet100 are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers. bet100 does not manipulate game outcomes.
7.3 Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your bet before confirming it.

11.2 bet100's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 bet100 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. bet100 will use reasonable endeavours to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bet100's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 bet100 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 bet100 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. 14.2 Upon termination of your Account for breach of these Terms, bet100 reserves the right to void and forfeit any Balance, Bonus Credits, and pending winnings in your Account. Where termination is not due to a breach by you, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
14.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting bet100 support. Upon account closure, any remaining verified real-money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Credits.
15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.2 In the event of a dispute between you and bet100, you agree to first contact bet100's customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. bet100 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
